Founder and Company President, Mark Wascher, grew up in Seattle, WA and graduated from the Washington State University School of Education with a bachelors degree in Recreation Management. He has spent his professional life managing remote National Park Concessions such as: Sol Duc Hot Springs, WA. and Glacier Bay Lodge, AK. with a stint as Regional Director of Human Resources for Zion Lodge, Ut,
Bryce Canyon Lodge UT, and North Rim of the Grand Canyon, AZ. Mark prides himself in being a well rounded versatile individual who can draw you a floor plan and dig the foundation with a back hoe. His other endeavors include, former landscaper, Professional Pool Operator and Wilderness EMT. Mark enjoys many outdoor activities such as golf, fly fishing for coho Salmon, Backpacking and Mountaineering. Kenzie Broughton
Kenzie grew up in Spokane Washington and studied fine arts as a concert cellist. She graduated with honors from
the University of Washington with a degree in English Literature and Foreign language. Kenzie excels in logistical planning and HR recruitment having a track record of successfully reducing operating expenses and payroll costs. She has spent over seven years managing small cruise vessels and the remote Glacier Bay Lodge in Southeast Alaska. One of her most enjoyable assignments has been working on logistics for the Sundance Film Festival. Her interests focus on running, biking and outdoor and travel adventure.
